SpareChange is an online platform to crowdfund for those in need.   The ability to communicate is the key to building engagement between us and donator.  We provide each person a case management who supports them  to build future career plan. Then donator can get to know them  better before they fund for the training and they also can get  updates on the individual as they progress.   We supports each individual all the way into stable work.
