Poke means 'to cut or slice' in Hawaiian.
Boru means ‘bowl’ in Japanese.
that was the starting point for thinking about the brand.
The client prior demand was that the restaurant should have a fun drawing line and with a visual that refers to the fresh produce, a marine animal, strong and with personality.
I was inspired by white freeform line on orange background representing fresh raw fish.
